Today, I chose to invest my Saturday into growing that knowledge by attending the Contracts Boot Camp taught by John Altic, Broker/Owner of JLA Realty. This isn’t my first time attending, and it won’t be my last. I’ve participated in this training at several different locations across Texas, and every single time, I walk away with greater insight into the Residential Listing Agreement and the 1-4 Family Residential Contract—two of the most critical documents we use in residential real estate transactions.
